    I have been providing education, coaching, mentorship and leadership in healthcare and human services for the last 20 + years. I have Bachelor’s in Healthcare Management, Master’s in Spirituality, Culture and Health, a Master’s Certificate in Integrative Holistic Health and Wellness. I have been teaching mindfullness/meditation and am a certified Reiki and Acu Reiki Master/Practitioner/Teacher.
